What's a blind box? Is it like one of those "whatever is inside is a surprise" boxes where it could be anything inside? That sounds so awesome!

I did that a few years ago and ended up with a live-action Japanese horror movie. Since I'm not into that, I've been meaning to get rid of it.

I purchased the most expensive (or second most expensive) blind box last year (25 - 30$?) and was extremely disappointed :'( I got like 2 extremely old anime dvd series (each about 13 eps) and they were horror, murder / gore (I am not a fan of horror, murder or gore)... So, i'm pretty sure you can picture my reaction upon opening it ><.

Got: Boogiepop serie (with live action movie included) and some other anime series which i forgot the name to. Nothing popular. I also live in Canada, so there was a 13% tax for customs and 20$ shipping (got 2 manga with it... the book wasn't even in mint condition as they claimed....).

On their site, the value was over the blind box price, but in actual retail places such as the comic book store and other sources like ebay. They were worth at most 10$ each (shipping included)

Best of luck to you and your pulls.

Hmm... I've never heard of this blind box before, but it sure sounds like it's a convenient way for them to get rid of excess stock they couldn't move otherwise...

That's exactly the point of it. XD In Japan, it's called "fortune bag." lol
